Artista House Licensing & Usage Policy
This page explains the permitted uses of digital artwork purchased from Artista House. Please read these terms carefully before downloading or using any files. All customers agree to the following usage rights upon purchase.
Personal Use License
Digital artwork purchased from Artista House includes a Personal Use License, which allows you to:
- Print the artwork for your home, office, or personal space
- Use it as a digital wallpaper or screensaver
- Use it for personal creative projects that are not sold or distributed
You may NOT:
- Sell printed copies of the artwork
- Resell the digital files
- Use the artwork in commercial projects
- Upload the artwork to stock photo sites or marketplaces
- Claim the artwork as your own creation
Commercial Use License (Optional Upgrade)
Some Artista House artwork may be eligible for a Commercial Use License, available upon request. This license permits:
- Use in small business marketing materials
- Use in merchandise for sale (posters, apparel, products)
- Use for album artwork, event promotion, or media projects
Commercial Use DOES NOT permit:
- Reselling the digital files
- Selling the artwork unmodified as standalone posters
- Uploading to print-on-demand sites (Redbubble, Merch, etc.)
- Large-scale commercial usage without written permission

Copyright & Ownership
All digital artwork sold by Artista House is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright ownership. All rights remain with The Giant Impact Group LLC, the parent company of Artista House.
Customers are granted a license to use the artwork, not to own or redistribute it.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Redistribute, share, or gift the digital files
- Use the artwork in AI training datasets
- Use the artwork for NFTs or blockchain projects
- Sell printed versions of the artwork without a commercial license
- Modify the artwork into derivative works for resale
- Claim authorship or original creation of the artwork
Refund Policy for Digital Items
Because digital downloads cannot be returned, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your files, incorrect downloads, or corrupt files, please contact us, and we will replace them promptly.

Artista House is solely owned and operated by The Giant Impact Group LLC. We are not affiliated with any other companies, brands, or organizations unless explicitly stated.
